做法:洗(xǐ )净(jìng )宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清(qīng )水把陈皮泡(pào )软,拍(pāi )裂一(yī )小块姜,热锅,用姜块在(zài )锅上(shàng )擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼(yú ),煎至(zhì )微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清(qīng )水,放(fàng )入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他(tā )材料,武火煮(zhǔ )沸,转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )小火煲一个半(bàn )小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
