做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱(cōng )切成段(duàn )。锅烧热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入(rù )少量清水半掩(yǎn )住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅(guō )盖焖(mèn )。 -
