做法:洗净(jìng )宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山(shān )和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅,用姜块(kuài )在锅上擦一遍(biàn ),放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼(yú ),煎至(zhì )微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清(qīng )水,放入煎煮好的鲫(jì )鱼和其他材(cái )料,武火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲一个(gè )半(bàn )小时,下盐调(diào )味即可品尝。 -
