做(zuò )法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米(mǐ )。用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块(kuài )姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上擦一(yī )遍(biàn ),放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲(bāo )里的清水,放入煎煮(zhǔ )好的鲫鱼和其他材(cái )料,武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小(xiǎo )火煲一个(gè )半(bàn )小时,下盐调(diào )味即可品尝。 -
