做法:洗净(jìng )宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮(huái )山和薏米。用清水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用(yòng )姜(jiāng )块在锅上擦一遍(biàn ),放两勺(sháo )油,待油六成热(rè )下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲(bāo )里的清水,放(fàng )入煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮(zhǔ )沸,转中小火(huǒ )煲一个半小时,下(xià )盐调味即可品尝。 -
