做法(fǎ ):洗净宰好鲫(jì )鱼,洗净(jìng )淮(huái )山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两(liǎng )勺油,待油六成热下(xià )鱼,煎至微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎(jiān )煮好的鲫鱼和(hé )其他材料(liào ),武火煮沸,转(zhuǎn )中小(xiǎo )火煲一(yī )个半(bàn )小时,下(xià )盐调味即可(kě )品尝。 -
