做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片(piàn )、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清(qīng )水(shuǐ )半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮(zhǔ )开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
