做法:春(chūn )笋切成(chéng )片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞(lāo )出后(hòu )用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
