做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼(yú ),洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈(chén )皮泡软,拍裂(liè )一小块(kuài )姜,热锅,用(yòng )姜块在锅上擦一(yī )遍,放两勺油(yóu ),待油六成热(rè )下鱼,煎至微黄。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲里(lǐ )的清水,放入煎(jiān )煮(zhǔ )好的鲫鱼和其(qí )他材料,武火煮沸,转(zhuǎn )中小火煲一(yī )个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
