做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀(yún ),加入少(shǎo )量(liàng )清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒(chǎo )均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
