做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入(rù )少(shǎo )量(liàng )清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍(shāo )收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
