做法:春笋切(qiē )成片(piàn )后加(jiā )少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的(de )时(shí )候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
