做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后(hòu )加(jiā )少许盐捞(lāo )出后用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮(zhǔ )开后(hòu )转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
