做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐(yán ),翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
