做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼(yú ),洗净淮山和薏(yì )米。用清水把陈皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍裂一小块姜,热锅(guō ),用姜块在锅上(shàng )擦(cā )一遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待油(yóu )六(liù )成热下(xià )鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲(bāo )里(lǐ )的清水(shuǐ ),放入(rù )煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮(zhǔ )沸,转中小火煲一个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
