做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后(hòu )转中火(huǒ )。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍(shāo )收(shōu )汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
