做法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火(huǒ )煮(zhǔ )开后(hòu )转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
