做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分(fèn )钟左右(yòu )。再(zài )加入生(shēng )抽(chōu )、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
