做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片(piàn ),葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入(rù )2勺油(yóu ),放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
