做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用(yòng )清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱(cōng )切(qiē )成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入(rù )2勺油,放(fàng )入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
