做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入(rù )少量清水(shuǐ )半(bàn )掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时(shí )候(hòu )加(jiā )入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
