做法:洗净宰(zǎi )好鲫鱼,洗净(jìng )淮山和薏米。用清水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍裂一小块姜(jiāng ),热锅,用姜块在锅上擦(cā )一(yī )遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清(qīng )水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其(qí )他(tā )材料,武(wǔ )火煮沸,转中小火煲一个(gè )半小时,下盐调(diào )味即可品尝。 -
