做法:洗净宰好(hǎo )鲫(jì )鱼,洗净淮山和薏米(mǐ )。用清水把陈皮泡(pào )软(ruǎn ),拍(pāi )裂(liè )一小块姜,热锅,用姜(jiāng )块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲(bāo )里的清(qīng )水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他(tā )材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半小时(shí ),下盐(yán )调味即可品尝。 -
