做(zuò )法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀(yún ),加(jiā )入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
