做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快(kuài )熬(áo )干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
