做法:春(chūn )笋(sǔn )切成片后(hòu )加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入(rù )2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
