做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入(rù )生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水(shuǐ )半(bàn )掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬(áo )干(gàn )的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
