做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老(lǎo )抽(chōu )、蚝油(yóu )翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
