做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻(fān )炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半(bàn )掩(yǎn )住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
