做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切片,葱(cōng )切成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量(liàng )清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮(zhǔ )开(kāi )后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
