做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清(qīng )水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
