做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入(rù )生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水(shuǐ )半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。
