做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞(lāo )出(chū )后(hòu )用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
