做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左(zuǒ )右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。
