做法:春笋(sǔn )切(qiē )成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出(chū )后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
