做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮(huái )山和薏米。用清水把(bǎ )陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅(guō ),用(yòng )姜(jiāng )块在锅(guō )上擦(cā )一遍,放两勺油,待(dài )油六(liù )成热下鱼,煎(jiān )至微黄。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲里的清水,放入煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和(hé )其他材料,武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小(xiǎo )火煲一个半小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
