做法:春(chūn )笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞(lāo )出(chū )后(hòu )用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
