做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入少量(liàng )清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖(gài )大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
