做法:春(chūn )笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放(fàng )入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入少量(liàng )清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
