做法:洗净(jìng )宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮(pí )泡软(ruǎn ),拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在(zài )锅(guō )上(shàng )擦一遍,放两勺油,待(dài )油六(liù )成热下鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和其他材料,武(wǔ )火(huǒ )煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲一个半小(xiǎo )时(shí ),下盐调味即可品尝。 -
