做法:春(chūn )笋切成片(piàn )后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝(háo )油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
