做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用(yòng )清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
