做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍(pāi )裂(liè )一小块姜(jiāng ),热锅,用姜(jiāng )块在锅上(shàng )擦一遍(biàn ),放两勺油,待(dài )油六(liù )成热下鱼(yú ),煎至微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲里的清水,放入煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和其(qí )他材料,武火煮(zhǔ )沸,转中(zhōng )小火(huǒ )煲一(yī )个(gè )半小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
