做(zuò )法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
