做法:春(chūn )笋(sǔn )切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后(hòu )用清水浸(jìn )泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。
