做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出(chū )后用清(qīng )水浸(jìn )泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖(mèn )。 -
