做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火(huǒ )煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快(kuài )熬(áo )干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
