做法:洗净(jìng )宰好鲫(jì )鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水(shuǐ )把陈(chén )皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍裂一小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅,用姜块(kuài )在锅上(shàng )擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎(jiān )至微黄(huáng )。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲(bāo )里的清水(shuǐ ),放入(rù )煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料(liào ),武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半小(xiǎo )时,下(xià )盐(yán )调味即可品尝。 -
