做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一(yī )小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅(guō ),用姜块在锅上(shàng )擦一遍(biàn ),放两勺油,待油六成热(rè )下鱼,煎(jiān )至微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲(bāo )里的清水,放入煎煮(zhǔ )好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和(hé )其他材(cái )料,武(wǔ )火煮沸,转中小火(huǒ )煲一个半小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
