做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐(yán )捞出后(hòu )用(yòng )清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水(shuǐ )半掩(yǎn )住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
